We Normally charge free shipping (7-12 days delivery ) for small orders and extra few dollars  for express shipping ( 4-7 days delivery ).

Delivery will take between 4-12 business days for orders. Some specific countries might have a longer delivery time.

You will get a email receipt of your order. If the item is in stock, we immediately ship your items. We will inform you via mail or phone if the product can’t be shipped due to any circumstances.

We will send you a invoice on your email if you order from our website. 

Yes, you can return your items within 30 days if your item is damaged during shipping. You can contact us to return your items.

We currently use Stripe as our payment gateway. You can use any VISA, Mastercard or any other credit/debit cards on our site.

As soon we receive the return item from you, we will initiate your refund process. You will only be refunded on the payment method you used during checkout.

You can click on “Track Order” on our main menu. By entering your order Id, you can find your order status.

Yes you can cancel your order via our Accounts section if you ordered via our website. Once the order is already shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.

After adding the product to your cart, you will be given a option to add Voucher code where you can type your discount code. The discount amount will be automatically deducted from the original price.
