Once an order has been processed and the account details or digital service has been delivered to you, the transaction cannot be reversed. We do not provide refunds for:

  • Inability to use the account due to user-end technical issues, lack of knowledge, or incompatible hardware/software.
  • Unused accounts that were successfully delivered.

2. No Cancellations

Once an order is placed on our website, our automated systems and team begin processing it immediately to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, we do not accept order cancellations once the checkout process is complete. Please review your cart and order details thoroughly before finalizing your payment.

3. Our Commitment: The Account Fix Guarantee

While we do not offer refunds, we stand firmly behind the quality of our service. If the account you purchased from Lyayo.com does not work as advertised, fails to log in, or experiences technical restrictions outside of your control, we will fix or replace the account for you.

Our goal is to ensure you have full access to the working account you paid for, and our technical team will troubleshoot, repair, or provide a working replacement at no additional cost to you.

4. Validity Period and “Required Date” Limit

Our Account Fix Guarantee is strictly bound by a timeframe. We will fix or replace non-working accounts only up until the required date specified for your particular service or account tier.

  • Before the Required Date: If you experience any issues, you must report them to us immediately. We will prioritize your request and fix the account to ensure it is functional for your required timeframe.
  • After the Required Date: Once the specified deadline or required date associated with your account has passed, our support and fix guarantee completely expires. We will no longer offer account fixes, replacements, or troubleshooting assistance after this date.

5. User Responsibilities and Voiding of the Guarantee

To remain eligible for our Account Fix Guarantee prior to your required date, you must adhere to our usage guidelines. Lyayo.com reserves the right to refuse account fixes if:

  • The account was suspended or banned due to your violation of third-party terms of service, spamming, or illegal activities.
  • You have altered the account credentials (such as changing the password, recovery email, or security questions) without our explicit instruction, making it impossible for our team to access and fix the account.

6. How to Request an Account Fix

If your account is not working and you are still within the valid timeframe (before your required date), please contact our support team immediately.

When reaching out, please include:

  1. Your full name and email address used for the purchase.
  2. Your Order ID number.
  3. A detailed description of the exact issue you are facing (including screenshots of any error messages).

Our support team will review your request and initiate the account fix process as quickly as possible so you can meet your deadlines.
